Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives. If you're enthusiastic about content creation, promotional materials, and social media management, this is your opportunity to shine. This role is an essential member of the People & Culture team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

As the Marketing Specialist, you'll play an integral role in raising brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and strengthening the Aspire brand in the most meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative blog articles, website content, videos and other written materials that align with Aspire’s brand and mission.
• Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for Aspire’s social media channels, including scheduling posts, engaging with our online community, and tracking performance metrics.
• Promotional Materials: Assist in the creation and updating of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and digital assets.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere), and Canva) is strongly preferred.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Effective time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks with interweaving schedules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Please note that this role requires candidates to live in one of the following states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, or New Hampshire. While this position is primarily remote, occasional in-person meetings or team events may be required in one of these specified locations.

Pay from $60,000
